Highly Skilled iOS Developer

I need a custom mobile app made as soon as possible. I am working on a very strict timeframe. Applying candidate / company needs to be very experienced in coding for iOS in order to create a feature rich, nice looking, mobile app with excellent graphic design. The app will integrate with the instagram API to create a like exchange network which will allow users to exchange likes on photographs. Applicant requirements: -Someone who can not only program but can also so the UI design. -Someone who has at least 300 hours on freelancer. -Someone who has a 5 star rating. -Someone who takes pride in their work and makes a polished looking final product. -Someone who has a high level of English. Regular skype meetings will be necessary. -Someone who has experience using the instagram API. -Someone who can provide top quality graphic design.
