IPHONE GPS APPLICATION REQUIRED, C++

I need a programmer / team to develop an iPhone 3 and iPhone 4 GPS application with voice/audio. Required tools - iPhone SDK 4.0.x Back-end - Access to internet maps based on GPS signals from iPhone 4. Front-end - Shows full screen menus, maps and a pointer to indicate the current location. - Users can enter a destination and the system should access internet maps to determine route to get from the current location to the destination. - A continuous green line (or other prominent colors) to show the route to destination. - Live voice precisely notifying users where and how far to the next turn and the street name. For example, “Turn right on Lillian Street in 200 meters.” - Automatic zoom-in for map details. - Text-to-speech voice guidance - Included maps: USA (all states) and Canada Interface - Simple, intuitive user interface needed - Map interface to show destination and current location - Input interface for “to” location - Input interface to closest attractions such as StarBuck, MacDonald’s, parks & recreation centres…etc. - The interface should accommodate portrait & landscape. - Ability to save 10 favourite locations / destinations Responsiveness - Maps/locations automatically updated as soon as the GPS location is changed. - Optimized code to ensure prompt response to client request. Internationalization - To support many languages with English as default and an easy mechanism to define other languages. Scope - Internet maps to prompt the current location and route to. Duration - Complete all development cycles in three weeks. Price Based on the completion date - If the program is completed 100% in three weeks, we will pay $3,000. - If completed 100% in two weeks or less, we will pay $3,500.
