I need a program made for a business i run. i have 2 documents and i want it where the user can open the program and fill out a form. once they fill out the form the program will automatically email me the form.
on my phone i can open the program and see all the pending form submissions.
each form will be given a folder based on the name given on first form
from here i would like to have 3 buttons on admin side to send back an email i will supply the emails on the user side when i send back an email they will get a push notification with the contents of the email also.
then on admin side i would like to be able to view folders and open them. and when the client is in front of me i have a second form that i need to fill out. when i fill it out i can get the clients signature and save that file as well as email them a copy
this might sound confusing so please ask me all questions before bidding
I want to provide an email as well as them to be able to view it on the application. i run an animal rescue and would like people to apply for adoption they can update their application at any time once i the admin review it i can mark it as pending approved or denied. once it is marked they can not change it. depending on what i mark it determines the email they receive as well as what they see on their screen. as soon as they submit an application they will receive an email and a notification of their submission. all applicants will then have their own folder and if i approve an application when they come and meet me i have a form that i need to fill out on my phone and obtain their signature. this form will be stored in their folder as well and also emailed to them.
this project will be modified in the future and features added. So i will be using the developer in the future
