Need a simple Mobile Bible App in Arabic Characters (Right to Left): All text and references are already prepared in an Excel Spreadsheet.
Text needs to be organized by Chapter, Subchapter and by Verse Number.
App should be similar to Glo Bible but without the need for media and resources inclusion.
Please specify whether you're bidding for Windows Phone / iPhone and Android or for PhoneGap with adaptation for the three mobile platforms.
