The app design I am looking for, is be a QR reader (using camera obviously) and will link to specific websites for data entry on the device. I am looking for Denso Wave QR coding. Not just some lame QR reader that won't read a large majority of the QR codes. I'd also like the app to build QR codes internally, preferably using Denso Wave since they developed QR coding. (QRdeCODE is Denso's IOS app) I am leaning towards freelancers that have done QR app development and would like to see samples or apps you currently have available if possible.
If you have recent/current negative feedback, don't bother.
If your hourly rates are say $15 and you want $3000 and will take 30-45 days, your wasting both of our times. I have a 3/31/2013 deadline for this app. If you have any questions please let me know and thanks for looking.
