NEED TRAINER or COACH in xcode 4.5.2: looking for an xcode guru iOS app development

Project Description:
I am looking for a kind, very knowledgable, patient xcode master to train me via skype screenshare in xcode 4.5.2 for an hour here and there when it is convenient for us both (I am in Amsterdam), for building iOS apps for iPad/iPhone. I can basically put together a simple series of pages, no problem with pulling in graphics, etc, signing certificates OK.

But I have trouble in the following areas:

- button coding link to URL
- webview area
- setting scroll view areas, linking them to documents
- button to compose and send email
- button to make phone call
- button to compose SMS
- pulling in maps with coordinates
- setting links which create events in iCal

Graphic shows where I stand at the moment.
I work full time and have two little kids, so this will probably be about 1-2 sessions a week, could go on a long time. Very flexible.
Please, only apply if you are willing and able to TEACH me; I am not looking to hire someone to develop something.
Only apply if your english is EXCELLENT.
Only apply if you can explain things in a CLEAR, concise manner.
Basically, I will open xcode, and share my screen, I will show you where I am getting stuck, and you help me figure this out.

I can pay after each session or at the end of the week, as you prefer.
