Overview
I am seeking an experienced web and iOS developer to produce a software-based lifestyle monitoring and motivational service for individual consumers.
Core service functionality
At its core, the service is a personal database stored in the cloud. It should be possible to set goals for various categories of data over time, enter data with diverse attributes (including both free-text entry and picking from both default and user-generated categories and sub-categories), call up various progress reports, and compare data entered with goals set. Data should be capable of being entered in any of several different units of measurement.
Service interfaces and notifications
All key functionality should be available both by visiting a web interface and on an app installed local on the user’s mobile device (including when the device is offline). In addition, the service should be capable of generating tailored messages to the user (presenting simple analysis of the data they have provided, for example, or reminding them to engage with the service) which can then be sent to the user by email.
Metadata
Entries made should be time-coded with the user’s local time in all cases and geo-coded when added on a mobile device. I would be interested to hear how relevant local information (such as a list of nearby points of interest) could be made available for users to incorporate into the database entry either as it is first made, or subsequently.
Front-end
The mobile app should feature a basic front-end which uses the Apple UIKit framework, and although I do not yet wish to make aesthetic design decisions it should be possible to add elements such as colour schemes, logos, and backgrounds at a future date. I have developed a set of wireframes for the mobile app to assist in front-end development but these should be considered guides to information architecture and app structure rather than absolute instructions for how each screen should appear. There are currently no wireframes for the web interface but the structure should mirror that of the mobile app.

Once complete, I would be the full and sole owner of the service.
