Phone cut-out

Project Description:
I'm looking to have an app written that will allow a user to press a single button and that will gradually hang up the phone. The amount of time can be a setting in the app.

The hang up will be gradual... it will slowly cut out the audio on both transmit and receive. It will also randomly "digitize" the audio...This is to give the perception that the phone is going into a weak cell area. And then it will hang up the call and set the phone to send all calls to voice mail to give the perception of the phone being unavailable
