Project Description:
Hello developers! I am looking for a flawless phone developer to develop an APP for iOS and Android. I will provide the description of the project after I choose the developer since I do not want to elaborate on the project details in public.
I have created an instructional video of what I need done. Basically, the APP will be a photo editing software like the Photoshop Lite APP, However I need mine customized to specific functions on Photoshop. I have recorded a video of me explaining what needs to be done. For the bidding please bid while trying to calculate the time to develop an APP for editing photos on the smartphone. If the bid is too high / low after I choose you we will work it out.
As of now I am not sure about the price I should pay therefore I chose a fixed price bidding system. Remember there are 3 major photo editing tools needed (one of them for example is the Liquify tool - (Bloat, Pucker and Warp Tools)
