Quick Service Restaurant App for iphone, ipad & android

Project Description:
Hi:

Need to develop an app for iPhone/iPad/Android for a Quick Service Food chain that today counts with 75 branches. The required features are:

1) Store locator: App must show an store locator, as list and on a map in order to locate the nearest store to user. App must read location data on real time form an existing database in Internet (MySQL 5) including address, store times, 1 photo
2) Menu display: App must show all products available on restaurant menu (about 15 dishes, 10 beverages, 10 coffee). App must read location data on real time form an existing database in Internet (MySQL 5) including name, description and 1 photo.
3) Promo at App's home: App must show the -today's or this week or this month promo- wish will be a graphic including general info, on click it'll show more details on text and will have a link to website. All this info will be read from database on Internet (MySQL 5).

Services required:

1) Full high end app graphic design
2) Programming on xcode or better
3) App aproval procedure through Apple / iTunes
4) App update maintenance upon request

Requirements:

1) Project requires proved skills on iphone / ipad / android app development.
2) Developer will deliver us all source code files developed for or within the project including graphics or any other
3) Developer must sign a NDA once contracted.
4) Developer must offer guarantee on software malfunctions or hidden problems for a term of no less than 3 months afterl App release.
