We are a property maintenance company and would like to incorporate our management and training systems into an iPhone/iPad application.
This will have three distinct areas; one for use by our Supervisors, one for our Customers, one for our Staff.
The Supervisors section should have a user name and password login page. Upon access it should load up all the sites allocated to the particular supervisor from a central database with all the sites (this also needs to be created and setup).
The app should use this information to create an Audit Schedule which will contain 5 or so sites to be completed that week - reminders of these should be issued by the App.
These Audits should have 1-5 rating for each category and will guide the Supervisor through the worksite systematically to check everything. Allowance to pictures to be taken of any problem areas is required.
Also, in the end there should be an area for comments and for the client representative to sign the inspection and enter their email address for a copy to be sent to them - in the form of attached Site Audit Checklist Form.
Other forms accessed by the Supervisors' should be the Communication Form, Job Safety Analysis, Site Induction Check-lists for new staff and other attached forms.
The app and supporting database should have a counter system to measure the number of audits, safety checks etc... are conducted for our reporting purposes.
The client section should be much simpler and should have two formats.
One which is casual form where the client enters the name of the site and their contact details along with any complaint, work request etc.. they may have and this should be emailed to a few designated email addresses.
Secondly it should allow the client representative to register to their site with an email address and password which will have more information on the site such as when the last site audit was carried out, when the last safety check was carried out etc...
Also it should contain the details of the allocated Supervisor and allow them to call or email them from the app.
Similar to the above there should be a complaints/work request section for them to communicate through - this needs to be sent to the appropriate Supervisor and some other designated email addresses.
This should contain the attached QHSE User Manual and also communications forms and material ordering forms.
We would eventually like to include training videos and tutorials in this area - but this will be a variation later.
