Hi, Due to the fact that I don't have all the details for the application(exact specifications) I cannot give you an accurate price/ time frame for it's completion. However two months is enough time for any kind of app to be completed(even games mind you). For the price, there will be further negotiation as I receive more information from you. I already have the code for image resize/upload from a previous project and the communication with back-end server is very easy to do for me. A little about me: I work for a software development company in our country mainly project based and mainly in iOS -building apps and Python - to handle the back-end(django stack) but I can also work with PHP backends without any issues. I have completed a couple of apps for them but due to signed NDA I cannot disclose what I worked on, however I can give you a working demo for the image upload part asap.
