Searching for a great iPhone App Programmer for my games

I am searching for a top class programmer who is both talented and ethical :) My aim is to produce top class game apps (and some utilities) that are NOT low quality, but of high value to the customer. I want to create a long term professional relationship and am not in this for a few nice apps but a long list of game projects. My area of expertise is marketing, I hope to find a great programmer who is excited to work on cool games and can make them the best they can be. If you are keen to work with me I'd love to hear from you. I have graphics guys already. (But if you do that too then great :) Obviously I only want to hear from people who know they make great apps or are very talented. communication is a big deal here, I would like to be able to keep in touch via Skype and email. All in all I hope to find a great person who is keen to program many unique apps for me and enjoy a great relationship and many more projects.
