Simple iPhone Graphical App - Programming & Publishing

I have an iPhone App design that I need to get programmed and published with the Apple App Store.
All of the graphical design is already complete and the interface is simple using 6 screens. I have completed a flow-chart and several support documents to convey the concept of this app which I will provide to the winning bidder along with all the PSD files for the graphical design. I will need the programmer to perform 'slicing' of the graphics for completion of the app screens.
This is what I will require for services:
- Concept presentation and detailed discussion of project
- Technical specifications and details identified
- Develop a HIGH QUALITY application for iPhone platform
- Good project management, analysis, and scheduling
- Provide testing and debugging
- Post development support for follow-up questions and issues
- Publish with Apple App Store
It will be necessary for bidders to have achieved positive feedback and performance history on Freelancer.com. I will also require verifiable examples of previous projects that showcase both your graphical design and user interface capabilities. Good communciation skills are also important for maintaining a good working relationship. Winning bidder will need to sign a provided non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to project award.
I frequently have other application ideas that require production, so I am looking to establish a good, long-term relationship with a qualified developer for future projects.
