I work with a type of software known as Multimedia Fusion 2. It is Java-based, and has purchaseable exporters to many systems. The current exporters I own happen to include the Android and iPhone exporters, among a couple others. I have worked with this software for several years now. It specializes in two-dimensional games (either platformer or topdown), and with it, a game can be configured in a matter of days at the least. Needless to say, your game could come out quickly and in good quality. I am adaptable when it comes to minor and/or major adjustments to games, and am open to any ideas you might have for them. I also compose my own game music (though I prefer to use royalty-free resources, as they sound more professional). The choice is yours as to whether I would use royalty-free music from sites in my games, or if you would rather I compose the music myself. I know I am a newer user on this site, and compensate for it with an asking price on the lower end of your budget. Hopefully I can build up my reputation on this site by laying a solid foundation of good reviews. My sole weakness in this area is graphics design. Though I can create a decent sprite, it will be very flat and pixelly. However, I do have a library full of premade sprites that came with my software, and can easily purchase and/or download better quality sprites.
