convert simple android app to iphone app

I previously hired someone to write an android application for me, which remains for sale on the android marketplace (there is a free version with ads and a paid version). You can look it up and check out the free version if you'd like: "Pediatric ECG Stat!"

I would like this app to be converted to an iphone (and potentially ipad) application, and listed for sale (no free version at this time) in itunes. This is a very basic application which consists of a home screen with 4 options, each button leading to a simple calculator, list of values, or list of data.

I have all original graphics, images, and data used to create the android version of this application.
