Project Description:
I have 3 an apps that were developed by Mutual Mobile in Austin, TX almost 2 years ago. It is a simple data collection app for event marketing in the auto industry. At the time, there was no camera on the iPad so we built one app for 1 dealership, a second app that was generic and could be used by any dealership, and a a third app that worked on the iPhone and iPod so we could take pictures and then sync to flickr so the picture of the person could be matched up with the survey/data collection form. The data is exported via .csv file so that the app is independent of our unreliable cellular networks.
The job is to combine the 3 apps into 1, update it for iOS5, remove the expiration timer and strip out the intro video.
The new Grassroots Machine App will be purely data collection and photo capture. Would also like to add Facebook connect so we can add new likes to the dealerships facebook page and speed up the data collection process.
