Project Description:
I would like to create a secure browser for iOS that would have the ability to connect to internal web sites. My idea is that the browser would be configured make all connections to a proxy server behind the firewall. The proxy server would only accept connections from the app because it contains a pre-shared key. Once the app loads it creates the proxy connection and browses to a default web page behind the proxy.

I'm serious about making this happen. If you are interested I'm more than happy to discuss more in depth.

The app would connect over SSL to a squid (linux) proxy server, and uses LDAP authentication.
