iOS Developer for iPhone Application using BaaS (Updated)

I am looking for a programmer to write an iOS application that is integrated with a BaaS database (Parse). The application allows users to swipe through rows of data in the database just as users can swipe through pages of apps on the iPhone’s main menu. Additionally, the application will allow users to cast votes (based on their unique device rather than a login) and upload submissions to the backend datasource. The programmer should have a strong ability to build iOS applications that connect to a backend datasource. Also, the programmer should understand database structures and basic database security. The end product should be fast and visually pleasant. With this goal I have created highly detailed diagrams of every screen of the application, user interaction, and database interaction. Furthermore, the database has been built and contains data for testing. While my vision has been thoroughly detailed I hope to collaborate with the programmer to improve the design and speed of the application.
