iPhone App brought to completion

Project Description:
I need a programmer to work on a reasonably simple iPhone App.
The app simply presents the articles that are currently on a website (Drupal 6) in app form.
There are a number of categories, sub categories and leaf pages.

This app has been started by a company but due to time constraints on my side we put it on hold for a number of months.
Now we are ready to bring it to launch but the original developer has moved company and I would prefer to find a new programmer.
The app is ~ 90% completed. I would like to create a relationship with a company who can work with me on a number of iPhone and iPad apps after this project is completed.

There are a few minor issues to wrap up.
All the major connectivity and layout is done.

Some outstanding issues:

+ Some formatting and aesthetics.
+ Some minor performance issues.
+ Modification of initial loading screen.
+ Finalising the app i.e. changing the connectivity from the test site to the live site.
+ Submission to Apple.

Bidders should have perfect english, be familiar with Drupal 6+ and Drupal iOS SDK.

I will provide the code for the existing work and login details for the test Drupal website.

I will be available to work on the website if required to assist in the completion of the app.

I'm aware that this spec is reasonably vague.
I can provide screenshots of the app to show where we currently are to interested parties.

My timezone is GMT it would be preferable for the winning bid to be located also in GMT.

I will gladly answer any questions.
