The form's second page would be repeated for as many # of buildings was entered on page one. Typically the user would enter just one building, but may need to enter up to 10. There would include an option to copy previous building, that would copy all of the information from the previous building, but still allow the user to edit the data if needed.
Once all data was entered the user would submit the information and it would be sent to an email address.
