I am re-posting this project because the first freelancer I hired was unable to complete the application as he promised. So far, I have lost $500 unless another freelancer can use the incomplete/error-filled source code that was provided by the first freelancer. I would like this app developed and posted to the app store soon. I am looking for a skilled iOS developer with good communication skills. So, PLEASE SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH!
must guarantee that apple will accept the iPhone application to be posted on the app store. (under my own developer account)
must have sufficient knowledge about Apple's policies.
must know how to create an app that communicates with smart blue tooth external device (heart rate monitors)
must complete the app within an agreed upon time frame
Suggested milestones provided AFTER work is submitted:
milestone 1: $200 (pending quality of work)
milestone 2: $200 (pending quality of work)
milestone 2: $600 (after apple accepts the iphone app to be posted in the app store)
This is a single iPhone application will provide some mobile medical tools which will all have clinical utility in the medical/fitness industry. The app will use internal components/hardware and phone features to assist medical/ fitness professionals with client management/evaluation. The app will use and or execute the following components in a specific way: camera, photo library, video recorder, video library, video frames per second controller, angle calculation over a background, timers, alarm, sounds, accessing external device via bluetooth or ANT+. Some artwork has been completed, but design experience would be a plus. Medical app development experience is a plus; and iPhone app programming experience is a must.....The developer should allow source control of code (gitbucket, github, etc....)...If interested, please sign the attached NDA, and I will provide details about the phone application.......
Look forward to feedback. Thanks
