Hi,
I am looking for a very simple mobile application that can push notifications to our registered users. I would like this app to do the following.
1. send push notifications to the registered phone numbers as some events take place on the server
2. As events occur, My java application will call mobile app API to send push notifications to the interested users. The API must support multiple phone numbers with one event message. It should give a response back in case it failed to send.
3. In case, users phone is switched off, it should send the message when users come up.
This is like a publish/subscribe model.

Please note that I am looking for the app in iPhone and Android. I am also attaching wire frames and proposed architecture.
