The application would suggest meals for people looking to eat healthy. Though its not an ordinary application for healthy nutrition. Users will be able to select what meal they are eating (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, etc.) and what their diet is(not every diet is the same), whether its Muscle Building, Weight Loss, or Specific Nutrient Diets, A third section would be required whether the person is home or on the go. Meal suggestions will appear along with videos and recipes of how to properly prepare the meal. Users will be able to approve or disapprove certain meals whether it worked for their diet. Users will soon have the opportunity to make their own videos and recipes and share to other health freaks of their diet for specific goals.
We especially love to add a section where people can select the meals they ate and track their meals and what they consumed.
Not everyone is educated enough to understand what meals actually benefit them or know what meals to eat for certain time periods. Plus everyone has a different goal when going to the gym so they are required to have different diets so this will give people options to eat healthy while working to their goal.
