We need android and IOS app that could read multiple Rss feed and show theme in the app
in addition the app needed to have notification ability depending on attribute in Rss XML file and the notification should appear in popup on mobile screen and the popup contain close button and show detail of the article .
the main home page of app show the article from the main Rss and there is side menu contain category when clicked show the article in this category only
the app should have the ability to support RTL and translation
also the app contain 4 or 5 static page
