Project Description:
this is a project to build a small simple application for the purpose of proof of concept.
the core idea is to enable one mobile device that is not connected to the internet and not connected to a wifi router to scan the area using it's WIFI adapter and to find other mobile devices that are using the same application.
after the SCAN and discovery - of one of more mobile devices using the application in the area, each will be able to send a message or a file to the others.
all this without the usage of internet or a wifi roueter - meaning it's all direct communication between the mobile devices directly using their WIFI adapters.
it is impotant that each of the mobile devices is able to send a message or a file to every other mobile devices it scans and discovers around.
sending a file or a message to another device found does not block or enables the exchange of messages or files to the other devices.
this is just the proof of concept for a whole more complicated WIFI messenger in the next phase.
budget for this project was stated as l 200 - 100000$
just because i can't exactly tell and left it flexible.
