A simple travel budget tracker app

Project Description:
A simple travel budget tracker app which includes the money you can be spent during vacations and the daily expenses (i.e. food, transport, etc). And it needs to have the total amount you have spent and the amount of money you have left with after each time you have inserted an expense. It does not have to be very colourful. And it needs to be looked like a balance sheet listing on what and how much the user has used during the vacations. User can be able to set targets (in percentage of total amount of money can be spent) for each type of expenses. i.e. only allow 30% for food. If one of them is going to go over the target budget, an alarm message is needed. Also, it needs to be able to store the past history of vacations and can be able to compare and contrast with the current vacation. If you fully understand the requirements, please also say how long it would to take to make this app.
