urgent need iphone application

Dear Freelancer friends , We have the requirement for this iphone application. we have the fixed budget for this project and want this application within 4 to 5 days. 1) adAPPter - home page - start 2) find vacant radio station - locate by tapping button to find static radio station (i.e.- so if 98.7 fm is free, it will bring that up) plus option to select fm radio station by dial (i.e.- user can select a station like 101.1 fm) - it will play any sounds from phone through that station when user puts that radio station on in the car 3) Now Playing - shows what user is listening to. User can exit out of application - and play music and use phone as normal - as long as application is not disabled, it will play music through that fm channel name of app is adAPPter in case
