upload an iPhone application to app store

hello we do not have a mac computer. we have developed and tested and application. But it seems we can not upload it to app store without a mac pc. (earlier we had an option to upload using itunes on windows, but they have discontinued that now). A 10-15 minutes job for someone who has done it before. I will send the app binary, and user account details to the selected coder only. Expect this to be done for about 10 usd. So confirm you can do it, and i will send you binary and account details.
