Create a web page pop-up to play 2 movies

Project Description:

This is all I need.

On the bottom of this web page there are to lines which will be links. I want the link to open a new pop-up browser. The pop-up browser should be very basic. It should be formatted a little bit to match the site colors. It should have a close button also. In the pop-up it will have the required embed code to play the movie that was selected. When they are done watching the movie they just click the close button and are back at the web page.

http://www.fredforum.org/dev/index-6.html - this is the page where the links will be. I assume that javascript will need to be added to this page to open the pop-up. The pop-up should be sized accordingly.
