  I have been a database programmer for over 20 years with the last five years devoted exclusively to Access, Excel, and VBA. (See my resume for details.) I do not program games, general desktop apps, or web apps. I specialize in one thing: Excel/Access.
  
  It’s not possible for me to submit a bid yet because I need further information. On a fix bid project, programmers will typically inflate their bid by 3x or 4x to cover contingencies since scope creep is normal. I prefer making sure the project is clear to me so the bid is fair to you as well as to me.
  
  1. In the form that you are requesting to be designed, is any testing or validation required? For instance, is there a need to check for duplicate entries? Are reasonable ranges desired: a person's age should be between 20 and 50 (or calculate that from their birthdate)? The particular examples may not be germane; they are merely illustrative. The point is that validation or user pop up helps take more time to code.
  
  2. I'm assuming that the defined fields (whether 20 or 30 of them) define one record of information. Is that correct? If so, do you want a way to be able to view that data that has been entered? The advantage of Excel is that it is easy to use. The disadvantage is that Excel makes it easy to clobber the data. Typically when Excel is used as a database, the data is hid; the user only sees what he needs to see.
  
  Again, I apologize for asking for more info, but I'm a detailed person. Though you have given enough for a general approach to what you want, frankly, info is missing. I would have to inflate my bid to cover any possible problem. I'd prefer to trade one or two of these messages and define what you really want. Then the bid would be fair for both of us.

  I can fulfill your requirements of data input in MS Excel Sheet. I would like to know about your order management software from which the data would be imported and after data input it should be exported to the same for processing. If it is developed in MS Access or VB then I can easily handle. Please give complete details so that I may proceed and provide you the exact solution.
