Need instrumental for song on a work for hire basis

Project Description:
I'm a new singer/songwriter and I have no knowledge on how to make instrumental tracks to go with my lyrics & vocals so I really need someone to make an instrumental track for me to use on a work for hire basis. Meaning that after the project is finished & I pay you all the copyrights & ownership become mine, so there won't be any royalty fees to you, just the one time payment for the track.
I don't have a job right now so my budget is $100 at the most. Would be great to have to pay even less but I doubt that'll happen. I will most likely choose the work I want to use & give payment sometime in March - May.
So for the track I want to go for a pop/electronic song with a dubstep breakdown as the bridge. Kind of like "The Countdown" by Johnnyboyxo, "Prom Night (Roman Stone Remix)" by Jeffree Star, "Disco Ball" by Sharon Needles, or "Automatic" by Nicki Minaj.
