There is a sizable amount of development to be undertaken in this project.
Listed below are the language requirements and the order of work volume they are to be ranked.
1. PHP Development (Specifically Drupal Template & Module Modifications).
2. HTML5/CSS3 Development (For the purpose of constructing our layout and adhering to the scheme and branding.
4. SQL (MySQL implementation of routines, triggers, routines) development to account for additional fields, tables and objects useful to operations. In detail are the explanation of the perceived work involved and where expertise is required.
Work and time needs to be spent in altering the login, which I do not see as an issue. Further to this time needs to spend in how a product or taxonomy term is to be displayed, as well as how a specific product page is to be displayed. To do this, the modules relating to catalogue display need to be adjusted. From what I can see this is minor and most of the work relates to the theme and styling attributes.
A lot of the changes to the template are hard to determine even at this point. There is not an enormous volume of work to get the site looking close to expectation and it is probable that only a few minor aspects may prove difficult. Main concern in the development of PHP is the development of secure and safe code especially during the checkout process; being the checkout and login (oauth verification) be considered for expert development.

Adjusting the relevant insert, updates, select, joins, unions necessary for the site to function. Modules provide their own functions to interact with the database and as such there is little to no need to pass this off.
Summary of Development Gaps
