At Diploy.net we are looking for a server administrator and support. He or she needs to be able to start right away.
We are a young hosting company which is part of a older company that does web development. We are based in the Netherlands.
The position we are trying to fill is for server support. We are looking for a few more to strengthen our team. As our hosting service is still in its first stage we are looking for people who are willing to cover the hours by standing by. We work with a per request compensation fee. So at the beginning you are only getting paid whenever you are offering support. However you need to make sure you are able to work. when ever there is a ticket. At a later stage you will start working more hours until you work a full time week. If you can't standby are not willing than you don't need to apply. Please keep in mind that you are not going to work a lot in the first few week, but you will be working plenty more hour in about 2 months. This would be a perfect solution for some one close to a pc all day who does also have other clients.

The compensation for this is would be 5-8 dollars per worked hour. In the case you only have had one or thee ticket in the week that didn't took you an hour to solve you will still get paid for an hour work. It is to you to track your weekly hours. So if you take a week and you work half an hour each day you will be paid $12.50. if you work more hours you get paid more. Do not cheat or have excuses as this will result in direct termination of your position at he company. Excuses are that you were sick (without notifying us), family issues, internet down and more of such statements.
You will have a pay raise of 2+ per half year after your performance assessment. And we have a bonus at Christmas (amount depends on work performance and company results) Bonus is around 100+ dollar for support employees.
