Please read the attachment carefully or else don't bid here. I will not create a milestone instantly you show me the work dont , I will create the milestone and I will test it and then release the payment.
Note: Keep an option to add languages and to expand the software. Any thing extra I will pay extra. Most mportant the design should be exactly how the mock-up is and it should be fast, secure, bug free and compatible to XP, VIST & WIN7.
