this is a copy of a project
I wish to give thamaraileel1 a chance so I will be taking his bid
this is a video stream project for a windows form
it should be wrapped up into:
1 DLL - with all the back-end and good interfaces
1 User control - with controls like: play, pause, FFW, pick time, control sound
specs:
it should perform as a web player but client side.
it should play all major formats: swf,flv,mp3,mpg,aiv... if you can do streamed Quick-time that would be good.
it should have (for both DLL & UserControl) good interfaces with full events: ie. playStarted, SoundChanged.
it should play off the Disk and Web
it should buffer off the web
it should have a choice to bring it off the web to disk before play
