DVB Klasse für TV anzeige in C# Panel

Wir suchen einen fähigen Programmierer, der folgendes zu leisten vermag:

Programmierung einer Klasse für TV Bild- Anzeige in einem C# Panel mit vollem Source (volles Nutzungsrecht) und Beispiel der Verwendung.

DVB muss in einem Thread laufen und in einem Panel in der Main Form angezeigt werden.

- Instanz anlegen (Parameter:Panel);

new DVB_S(Panel p), new DVB_T(Panel p),new DVB_C(Panel p)

- Tune DVB-S(DVB-S2) als Funktion (nötige Parameter: z.B.: frequenz,polarization,symbolrate,programm)

- Tune DVB-C als Funktion (nötige Parameter)

- Tune DVB-T als Funktion (nötige Parameter)

- Laustärke setzen (0...100%)

- Channel scan DVB-S/DVB-T/DVB-C mit Ausgabe in Datei oder String

- Dispose Instanz

- Wird ein Bild (DVB) angezeigt (funktioniert die Anzeige). Zur Überprüfung ob getuned wurde und auch tatsächlich ein Bild angezeigt wird.

We need a programmer who is capable of doing the following:

Programming a class for TV display ind a C# panel with full source (full usage rights) and an example of using this class.

DVB must run in an separate Thread and must be shown in an Panel in the main form.

- create instance (parameter: the Panel)
new DVB_S(Panel p), new DVB_T(Panel p),new DVB_C(Panel p) something like that


- Tune DVB-S(DVB-S2) as member function (necessary parameters: e.g. frequenzy,polarization,symbolrate,program)
- Tune DVB-C as member function (necessary parameters)
- Tune DVB-T as member function (necessary parameters)

- Set volume (0...100%)

- Channel scan DVB-S/DVB-T/DVB-C with possibility to safe to file or a string

- Check method to check the program is tuned an the DVB signal is shown in the panel

We need a working example before to check if it is working.
