I send a number of emails that all follow the same general pattern, and I need your help to automate this process a bit. These emails always reference a person in our Global Address List and their mobile phone number as listed in the GAL. I would therefore like to be able to launch a script/add-in that asks me which user the email should be in reference to, and then automatically composes an email that looks something like this:
To: Predetermined email address
Subject: <Display Name from GAL> / <Mobile Phone Number from GAL> / Predetermined subject
Body: Predetermined body text + <Street Address, Postal Code, and Office Phone Number from GAL>
The email should not send automatically -- I will want to be able to review the contents before clicking "Send".
This project will require you to release the source code for my review, along with the instructions on either compiling it in Visual Studio or creating a macro/form in Outlook.
The resulting script/add-in only needs to be compatible with Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 and 8.1
