User Interface for Tradelink open source trading library

Project Description:
I need to develope GUI for free trading library named Tradelink. This is open source library. Link for download source code, binaries and many examples is: http://code.google.com/p/tradelink/
Also there (http://code.google.com/p/tradelink/) many working trading applications with full source code. As result I need to receive one application with such functions:
-quickly write and test fully automated trading strategies
-write and test display-only indicators
-collect market data and analyze it for trends
-trade
-do all of the above with multiple brokers and feeds
It is not difficult to do if to use ready trading applications from site (http://code.google.com/p/tradelink/wiki/WhatIsTradeLink)
Need only to collect all of them in one application and improve interface.
I need experienced programmer who can realize all above request. Also I dont need empty interface. I need GUI for Tradelink. Also please before bid download Tradelink library and check yourself if you can do this job. I have 15 days to finish the project.
