I am looking for someone to write a WPF application (targeting windows 8) using the WPF MediaKit (http://wpfmediakit.codeplex.com/) to render both analog (PAL) and DVB-T (MPEG-2 and H264 variants) signals from a capture card. I am trying to achieve the fastest possible channel changing, as well as the best rendering performance using the latest GPU offloading technologies (DXVA 2.0, EVR, MS Media Foundation) . WPF MediaKit supports these technologies, discussed here - http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/111764/Mahhala-WPF-MediaKit . Ideally we could directly render the stream in WPF MediaKit using its underlying custom EVR presenter directly, with very little custom DirectShow dev. Inspiration for directshow libs if needed can be taken from (http://regis.cosnier.free.fr/?page=CodeTV) and also Media Portal TV Engine 3 (https://github.com/MediaPortal/MediaPortal-1).
