Project Description:
We are looking to integrate dynamics crm/ exchange auto attendant to be able to answer an incoming call and if call from a known contact, in our db, then requests an access pin to enable the call to be trunked through to the user, if not calling form a known contact then it requests the input of the known contact number and pin to enable the call completion. In neither of the above then revert back to the voicemail box. We are looking to reduce the volume of unknown contacts who can get a live operator but still allowing the normal voicemail operation.
