VPN Multihop (Chain) Program using OpenVPN

I need a VPN Multihop (Chain) Program created. It needs to be able to connect through multiple VPN's that use OpenVPN. This needs to be like how [login to view URL]'s VPN Multihop is, you can connect to one of their vpns that connects to two different locations thus making your online experiences more anonymous. But rather then doing that all from one company i want to be able to purchase multiple OpenVPN services from different companys then connect to two or three different vpn services. I know at the end the speed on the internet will be pretty slow but that's ok. Please only bid if you are positive you can code a program like this.
