Once you are banned from Adsense, its a lifetime ban. No one is going to get you an account for Adsense only Google issues adsense account If you like I can suggest Alternatives to adsense that pay just as well as adsense. Don't waste your money on what others are claiming, even if they get you an account it will get banned again I know so I participate in the adsense help forum Regards and Good Luck
