repair pages and update .net site - repost

I have a site that was developed around 5 years ago and I have moved to a new host some of the pages are no longer functioning and show errors when being accessed I would also like the site updated to support the newer 4.5 .net standards also I require the sites security to be tightened and any upload forms/log in forms e.t.c to stop injections or rogue files being uploaded the login page will not work on ie10 without compatability mode being enabled also the site currently makes db connections with odbc 3.51 driver and would be better to use a different way to connect to the database? Thanks very much
