Job Description
A Germany based company is looking for a remote team or individuals to take part in the development and implementation of high-performance web applications for business customers. The candidates filling this position will be experienced developers with proved skills in .Net Framework (ASP.NET, C #, etc.) and should have previous experience of working as a part of a remote team.
Job Requirements:
• .NET Framework / ASP.NET / C# - at least 5 years of experience in this area with in-depth expert knowledge of the core framework and APIs (3.0 and 3.5 included; with 4.0 a plus)
• MVC 2/3 - good understanding of model-view-controller architecture and with real experience of usage
• WCF-experience of developing services and expert knowledge of all main bindings and their pros/cons
• SQL Server 2005 - at least 3 years of experience with writing Stored Procedures, Views, creating data conversion scripts and maintenance plans
• Extensive experience in Microsoft .Net technologies, including Ado.Net, LINQ as well as SQL and XML
• JavaScript/jQuery-ability to write basic scripts and experience of usage with jQuery library
• Very good experience in design and implementation of object-oriented applications
• Knowledge of SVN or any other kind of version control system
• Fluent English skills
• Permanent connection and availability by Webcam/Skype for the project manager and all other team members
Not required but will be treated as benefits:
• It would be a big advantage if candidate would have Microsoft certificates
• Experience of working with nHibernate or any other object-relational mappers
• Experience with agile project management and practices (TDD, design patterns, etc.)
• Experience of usage cloud platforms (Amazon S3, Windows Azure)
• Experience in Unit testing
• Basic German skills
The first period of development is planned with 6 months starting beginning of October 2011. However we are looking for a long term cooperation of several years. We respect developers from all countries but only candidates from Eastern Europe will be considered.
