Project Description:
Our company has call center application (C#.NET) that utilizes third party VoIP component. We developed custom predictive outbound dialer. Our predictive dialer dials out multiple lines simultaneously and we have multiple lines active at the same time.
VoIP component that we are using does not have Answering Machine Detection (AMD) or access to real time voice stream.
We would like to replace existing component with new one that has predictive dialer and Answering Machine Detection (AMD). We want to be able to modify AMD behavior by changing ADM settings. Once call is connected AMD should kick in, analyze incoming voice stream and return
- true for answering machine - we will play prerecorded message
- false for human - we will transfer call to live operator.
