Web Page to Look up a Table and Show Circles on Google Map

We would like to build a simple VB.NET / ASP.NET web page that taskes the following optional URL parameters for searching data: BranchNumber - text ProductLineGroupName - text ProductLineTypeName - text IsActive 1 or 0 Zip - US zip code MaxDistance - number in miles CoverageRadius - numbr in miles Using the parameters, select records from an MS SQL Server database view named UserLocations that look slike this BranchNumber varchar(5) FirstName varchar(128) LastName varchar(128) Zip varchar(50) ProductLineGroupName varchar(250) ProductLineTypeName varchar(250 IsActive bit Exact match (if parameter specified) on BranchNumber, ProductLineGroupName, ProductLineTypeName, IsActive Plus Zip on the view record within MaxDistance miles of the Zip the URL parameter (if specified) Use geographic center of each Zip. Then display the records on Google Map using small points. Position the map automatically to fit all points well. When click on a point, display a popup with all fields as selected from the table. Circle around each point of the CoverageRadius radis in miles. Shade the circle in semi-transparrent color - different color for different ProductLineGroupName. Configurable settings for the page: Database connection information Circle color for each of a handful of ProductLineGroupName values.
