I want an EXE based software that will work like:

I want it to continually flag the posting until it is removed. Upon removal, I would like for the program to inform me. The program should continue flagging repetively until the ad has been removed.

I would like the ability to flagg more than 1 URL at a time.

I would like to stop a few spammers in a section.

Please be honest. I am looking to start this project a.s.a.p.

I would also like if the software had the ability to notify me of ad postings based on the criteria I provide. There are many basic softwares that handle this, for example:

I would be happy to purchase one if you can build an add on to perform previous request or you can build everything. You should have ability to advise.

Lastly, I would like the ability to set it to auto flag the ads that match the criteria I supplied.

I have had problems on GEF before with fakes. I will NOT pay upfront.

I will either pay as progress is shown or upon completion. I am willing to view software through a vpn and pay in full upon completion. We will make a trade at end.
