Project Description:
i'm looking for a programmer who can develop a database driven software for me for a specific client project i am preparing. i have a full write up prepared for this software which is attached below (it's a bit old so i've changed my specs somewhat, but it should give you an idea of what i'm looking for). if you have read the full brief, please write the requested code as the first line in your bid. if not, i will simply delete your bid.
please note that the software is going to be deployed over a local network and i would like to link it up to a backup location online, such as my skydrive account. i want something LIGHTWEIGHT so that i can run it on an older system as well.
i would give strong preference to an individual who can come into my office in New Delhi, India and complete the project on-site. however, this is not mandatory. Eastern European candidates are highly preferred as well, as i've had good experience with them in the past.
