Hi,
I need a human resource mgmt system(HRMS) for my company. This would be a phase wise proj. In the first phase, I would like the functionality of admin(hr) adding/editing the details of all the employee of our company including its personal, skills, bank, project, leave etc. details. All details should be visible to employee and he can edit only his personal details. An employee can also search for other employee based on his name, emp code. Only serious bidders with experience in .net needed.
